This is typically a sell out event. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you pre-purchase a ticket for each person attending the event as additional tickets that may be required will not be able to be sold once sold out.
Ticket Information and Terms and Conditions
- Tickets bought online are non-refundable for any reason.
- Online tickets are date specific and are only valid on the date which is booked.
- We are unable to accept tickets on different dates at the entrance kiosk.
- To change the date on your ticket: This needs to be done 24 hours before your visit. You will need to call Twinlakes Reception Team on 01664 567777 who will be able to change your booking.
PARK INFORMATION
- Children under 95cms are free entry. On arrival, children found to be 95cm and above will pay the normal entrance price.
- Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years or over. On arrival, ID stating date of birth may be required if the adult appears to be under 18 years of age.
Some rides and attractions may close in adverse weather conditions.
