To protect our customers against fraudulent transactions we have high security settings in please. Please ensure all booking holder details and card details are correct as unmatched details could cause a failure of payment which results in your bank holding the funds as pending. These pending transactions can take several days for your bank to return to you.
Ticket Information and Terms and Conditions
- All online tickets are automatically discount by 25%.
- Any discount code acquired will be against our gate price. Both discounts cannot be used in conjunction with the other.
- Tickets bought online are non-refundable for any reason.
- Online tickets are date specific and are only valid on the date which is booked.
- We are unable to accept tickets on different dates at the entrance kiosk.
- To change the date on your ticket: This needs to be done 24 hours before your visit. You will need to call Twinlakes Reception Team on 01664 567777 who will be able to change your booking.
PARK INFORMATION
- Please ensure you measure all children corectly, all children will be measured upon entry and and any ticket upgrades will be done at gate prices
- Children under 95cms are free entry. On arrival, children found to be 95cm and above will pay the normal entrance price.
- Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years or over. On arrival, ID stating date of birth may be required if the adult appears to be under 18 years of age.
Some rides and attractions may close in adverse weather conditions.
